How we use her ourselves
Once she's live, she'll be the first to answer Unfinite's WhatsApp enquiries. She knows every service we offer, how we price, our contract terms and our after-sales arrangements. She works out quotes instantly from our pricing rules, and when a decision needs a person, she hands it to a colleague with the key points ready.
Your business has its own rules that live only in the owner's head. Those are the rules she learns.
Her personality is a little easter egg from our boss. Yours can have one too, made to fit your brand — priced separately.
02If we hired a person to do what she does
Someone with ten years in your trade won't be selling for you.
Take us as the example. To hire someone who does what she does, they'd first need to learn all this:
- Our 20-plus services, what each of the four levels includes, and how pricing works by task and number of systems
- How to estimate the monthly fees customers pay platforms directly
- The terms of our service agreement: deposit, trial, acceptance, first-month guarantee, cancellation, data ownership
- WhatsApp and Meta rules, including consent and an unsubscribe option for promotional messages
- Which accounting, POS and online-shop systems we can connect, and how
- When a paying customer has a problem, whether it is urgent or routine, and how fast to reply
- In Cantonese, English and Mandarin, whether a customer thinks it's too expensive, fears the hassle, or wants to be convinced
What you'd really be looking for isn't a customer service hire, but one person who can do all of this at once:
- ten years in your trade, able to answer the questions only a veteran can
- reads people well, and is willing to sell
- fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- there in the evenings and on holidays, following your rules every time
You can't hire that person. Anyone with that knowledge is already running their own business.
She doesn't "have ten years of experience" — she learns yours. The trade knowledge, pricing rules and sense of how to treat customers that live in your head: we put them together for her, and she works by them every day.

Reads people:
whether a customer finds it pricey, fears the hassle, is testing her or is in a rush, she understands first and then answers — no script.
Quotes:
works prices out instantly from your price list and pricing rules; no guessing, no discounts of her own.
Follows up:
if a customer goes quiet after a quote, she follows up gently at the pace you set, and stops when they say no.
Hands over to a person:
decisions that are yours (large amounts, custom work, complaints) come to you with the key points ready, and she tells the customer the actual day they'll hear back.
After-sales:
when a paying customer gets in touch, she notifies you by urgency and collects the details once, so the customer never has to repeat themselves.

- Promise a price, date or arrangement you haven't agreed to.
- Take payments or sign on your behalf; payments go only through your company's official channels.
- In regulated fields such as insurance, finance, medicine and law, she answers only from public information and arranges times; she gives no advice.

- enquiries outnumber the people who can follow them up
- experienced sales staff are hard to hire or keep
- customers need consultative follow-up, with days or weeks from enquiry to sale
- the order value is high enough that one extra sale often covers a month of her
